Born in Miami in 1986 to a Haitian mother and a Spanish father.
Raised in Spain from the age of three. Strongly influenced by classical painting and drawing from early on.
He already made contact with the graffiti scene at the age of 13.
Studied Fine Arts in Cádiz, Granada, and Sevilla, and based himself in Berlin until moving to Miami in 2013, where he currently resides.
He moves between all kinds of different media such as mural, installation,
oil and acrylic painting, audio and video recording and drawing which di
splay his radical vision. Unpleasant, psychological and social issues that are yet many times interrupted by ironic statements, dominate the content of his work. It is in this mirror to society that he reminds us of how fleeting time is.
Which project will you have finished before you come to Munich?
Where are you heading to after SCALE?
I will be done with the Q21 residency in Vienna. After that have a Konvent residency in Barcelona.
What is the current main topic in your work? Do you have an
actual "artistic concern" or theme?
I play around very often with different concepts but they all evolve around the idea of existentialism and mundanity.
What are you looking forward to regarding SCALE?
Honestly what I am the most excited about is the line up. Very good friends there as well as people that I have been familiar with their work for many years now and never got the opportunity to meet.
